WEST is innovating the construction industry by combining traditional on-site construction with optimized off-site factory assembly line processes.


As the modules are constructed in a factory under controlled conditions, we have an on-site team performing foundation and sitework simultaneously — allowing projects to be completed in half the time.


We are the only company offering modules constructed of steel, allowing for more durability and flexibility for develoments.

Our 200,000 square foot factory in Tijuana Mexico allows for cost savings with materials, labor and transportation — all under USMCA.

Demien Farrell

CEO

Demien is a seasoned executive bringing a wide range of experience in real estate investment and development. As a real estate and hospitality developer, he specialized in the acquisition, development, construction and management of hospitality, lifestyle, residential and commercial assets. After noticing the potential of an emerging modular real estate market, Demien founded WEST - where he is changing the way construction projects are delivered.

COO

Alfredo has over 65 projects under his belt that exceed $88M in value - earning himself a reputation of building amazing spaces that define the communities he serves. From retail tenant improvements to high-rise construction, the services he provides range from construction management, permitting, change of occupancy and retrofitting. He brings expertise in construction along with comprehensive knowledge of business management in Mexico.

Justin Brechtel, AIA

VP, DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE + ENGINEERING

With over 19 years of experience, Justin brings a unique balance of design sensibility, knowledge of construction and perpetual curiosity to all his work. His portfolio of professional work includes a diverse range of award-winning projects such as: redevelopment mixed-use master plans, campus planning, museums, hotels and hospitality destinations, multi-family and high-end single-family residences.
