Optimize Productivity.

Modular construction allows a majority of the work to be made in a factory, while site work and foundations are simultaneously performed.

Reduce Carbon Footprint.

The reduction of on-site construction results in less operating of machinery, less job-site visits, less scope of onsite work and less overall commuting of workers and stakeholders – ultimately resulting in lower carbon output.

Our Process.

Planning.

At WMM, you'll always have a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers analyze your project from design through installation and occupancy. Our team is focused on determining your early cost, timeline, site suitability, etc.

Design.

Our integrated team of design architects, engineers and fabrication specialists optimize the design of your building for modular construction. We provide in-house design and documentation with design-assist services.

Fabrication.

Our manufacturing process consists of a total of 29 workstations, which manufacture your building according to your requirements and inspected at each production line to guarantee their quality.

Installation.

Together with our construction partners, we take care of the installation of your building including: on-time delivery of modules and on-site delivery coordination.
